365 Black is more than just a series; it is a movement to empower Black professionals and their allies to cultivate positive change in the lives of their clients, families, workplaces, communities, and ultimately the world. Join us as we continue to celebrate Black brilliance and Black innovation and build a more inclusive and equitable mental health system for all.
APRIL SESSION DESCRIPTION
In this dynamic workshop, participants will embark on a transformative journey inspired by the ethos of “The Spook Who Sat by The Door.” Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and reflective exercises, attendees will explore how to infiltrate systems, educate themselves and others, and, ultimately, vacate spaces with a profound impact.
Drawing from personal experiences, and the experiences of notable individuals, this session will unveil the power of leveraging education, skills, and exposure to uplift marginalized communities and individuals. Participants will delve into strategies for accessing and disseminating valuable information that can catalyze positive change at both the individual and community levels.

- Harness the power of vacating spaces for greater impact: Participants will examine relinquishing control and stepping aside to create opportunities for others, fostering a more equitable and inclusive society.
