The National Center for Training and Technical Assistance on Child, Youth, and Family Mental Health (NTTAC) is pleased to announce a no-cost System of Care Strategy Summit (SOC Summit) on May 11, 2022. This event is preceded by a half day System of Care / CMHI grantee pre-meeting on May 10, 2022.
The System of Care Strategy Summit is an opportunity for all children’s mental health partners to come together to renew and re-energize their efforts to support children and young people with behavioral health needs, as well as their caregivers.
Who is the Summit for?
On May 10th, we invite all SAMHSA-funded SOC/CMHI grantees to join us for a grantee pre-meeting. We will be offering grantees a mix of learning opportunities and peer networking spaces. This meeting with be hosted by NTTAC in collaboration with government project officers (GPOs) from SAMHSA.
- SAMHSA is requiring key staff from each currently funded System of Care community to attend the grantee meeting on May 10th
- NTTAC encourages SOC grantees to invite at least one additional staff member or active community or system partner to also attend. We hope that each grantee will attend the meeting as a team of 2-4 representatives.
On May 11th, we welcome all children’s mental health advocates. We hope to see SOC grantees, people with lived experience, clinicians, policymakers, and anyone else who is invested in the mental health and wellness of children, youth, and families. This day will offer multimodal learning opportunities across diverse content for a broad audience as well as small sessions for in depth discussions on key topics.
Please join us to collaboratively envision the future of mental health care for children, youth, and their families.
