“This recorded implementation training was designed for youth and young adults interested in creating positive systems change in mental health through data and evaluation. Young people serving in youth peer, youth coordinator, youth leadership, and youth engagement roles (formal and informal) are encouraged to view this recording.
Throughout the training, youth participants developed a foundational understanding of evaluation processes, gained tangible skills to set up program or grant evaluation and select data collection tools, and practiced data visualization to share results with new audiences. This training involved practice-based learning within each session and take-home resources to apply learning within youth programming and grant activities. Case studies and examples covered both youth led/youth peer programming and System of Care grant activities.
