Youth and Young Adult Peer Support: A Model for Youth Violence Prevention & Promoting Wellness

Peer-to-peer helping is based on the premise that when young people have problems, they often turn to friends for help. This model is effective at improving school climate, linking students to formal and informal supports, and reducing youth violence, including bullying and suicide.
