Hi, I'm Valencia, a parent with lived experience raising a child with mental health struggles. I want to share some of my personal story with you about navigating the school system as a parent, and the valuable lessons I've learned along the way. We send our kids to school, trusting that the school administration and teachers are the experts and that they will help our children learn, be safe, and grow.
