This three-part webinar series will provide an overview of the System of Care Self-Assessment Tool and demonstrate how it can be used to improve outcomes for children and families. Developed by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services over the past five years, this tool is now publicly available and can be adapted for use by any state, county, or tribe. Attendees will learn how the tool can be used to engage cross-sector partners, youth, parents, and caregivers in System of Care planning efforts. Key elements of successful implementation, state-level considerations, and anticipated outcomes will also be explored.
